Bang Bang salmon. One of my kids favorite meals and it’s really simple to make!
ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
sauce:
1/2 cup kewpie mayo or regular mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1/2 tsp lemon/lime juice
Season fish with spices and drizzle the oil on it. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix together. I cooked it at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes per side. If cooking in the oven, I recommend 375 degrees for about 7 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer/oven.
I served this with steamed rice, cucumbers, sliced avocados, roasted seaweed sheets and furikake seasoning.
